“I have been a part of IOPA since the very first season. I started as a parent with three kids in the program. All three of my children have enjoyed IOPA and they all love Ms. Dacia. My kids have developed into very outgoing, courageous people through the IOPA program. With IOPA, they have learned they can act, sing, dance and have made lots of friends.

Through their journey with IOPA, I have become involved with volunteering during practices, stage set up, costumes, and some stage design. Before I knew it IOPA was a big part of me, and I was asked to be on the IOPA board. I am currently in training to take over as the IOPA board Chair. IOPA has not only enriched my children’s lives, but it has enriched my life as well. I am looking forward to our future with IOPA, and can’t wait to see what’s next!”Ronda Diehl
